Due to food safety standards, opened food products cannot be returned. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery.
Raise a request within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and photographs of the issue. Unopened, sealed packs in original condition are eligible for replacement. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the return.
Every pack carries its batch number, harvest year, packing date, and FSSAI details — if anything reaches you in less than perfect condition, we want to know which batch it came from.
