Every VIROOT pack carries a batch number, a harvest month and a packing date. Enter the batch number and see the lot it came from.
— What a batch tells you —
A batch is one lot, packed on one day, from one harvest. It is the smallest unit we can trace — which is why the number is on the pack rather than a generic best-before code.
If a batch does not come up, or something about the spice is not right, send us a photograph of the pack. We would rather hear about it than not.
